“Just purchased the MX keyboard for work. Keyboard comes with the usb transmitter. If I also purchase the MX series mouse or any logitech mouse, do the mouse & keyboard require separate USB transmitters to operate or can mouse be added to keyboard usb??”

The mouse will likely need separate transmitter. However, I used the Bluetooth on my computer to connect as that is an options. This is much more convenient and no USB is then occupied on the computer itself.

Please try again later.Use the logitech Options+ ( probably need to be the latest version as they update the devices it can customize ) to add the mouse make sure you select the same computer number on the keyboard and mouse 1-3 especially if you want to use flow to move control between multiple devices. Then when its working you can program the spare dongle to be used as another number for the second computer.
