Hello, subwoofer placement is dependent on your workspace. We recommend on the floor either under or near your desk.

Under your desk/table/etc., it's not too big. I have a side-table beside my desk, it fits there. IMO, if it is too confined and/or directly touching the wall it may cause excess bass/vibration.
