- Answer Hi Roxanne, I just ordered the pedestal for the washer and it worked great. Go to the Whirlpool site and they have the Model Numbers there for the pedestals: https://www.whirlpool.com/laundry/laundry-organizers/pedestals.html For the 15.5" you can either get a chrome handle or white handle. I got the chrome one and it looked great. I also bought from Best Buy and just used Whirlpool to get the model #'s. I did NOT get one for the dryer because I actually have a Kenmore (the Duet washer broke and was too much $ to fix), but I gotta believe the same pedestal fits both washer and dryer, as it alludes to on the Whirlpool site.
