if batteries are ok and installed correctly and unit is plugged in you may have to return or exchange unit
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I’ve had similar problems. I use rechargeable batteries and sometimes it won’t work even after I used different batteries. The weird thing is that it worked after I put the original batteries back in. I think taking the batteries out and putting them back in might be enough.
