• Yes, records tv channels off the antenna and plays them back, Has a remote to record and schedule future recordings of shows. The quality of the recording is great and can record shows in HD. The recorder does require a memory stick (thumb drive) to record programs, does not come with recorder.

• Yes it does, you can schedule timers for once, daily or weekly. But not Monday thru Friday. You can also pause. Works pretty well
