• Great question! The Quest store offers a wide array of games and experiences for multiple play styles. On the Store page for any game, if you look at the Supported Player Modes in the Additional Details section, you can see what play styles the game supports. For your friend, it would be best to look for apps that support the Sitting player mode, which can be played while sitting. Hope this info helps!

• There are many apps and games that can be used sitting down. I would say that in most cases upper mobility will be necessary. Head and arm movement will be a must.
