• From Meta 120hz, but there's an app called Quest Game Optimizer for a one time $10 that will tweak out a little more. Totally wirth it and doesn't have to be readjusted like SideQuest or Steam.

• Yes, on the meta quest browser that is pre-installed. You can search up a website called "Side-Quest". This website allows you to tweak the preformance of the headset. (Be aware that changed any settings will revert after headset is shut down, and that increasing preformance will cause more heat and battery drain.)
