If you are all using the same computer you can have the 1 user version. That would just mean that everyone will use the same account so all files and documents attached to that account will be available to anyone who uses the device.

However, if you had 6 computers, you would then have to check how many licenses a particular software package includes. In your case, you just have multiple users with access to one computer and whatever software/applications you have in that one computer. Many software companies allow two computers to share a single license. I happen to be in music and have 4 Macs for which I have to ensure that all my music applications have licenses for all four computers. In my case, I always buy licenses for 5 computers to be on the safe side. Hope this helps.
