• There is a code on the back of the card go into the app store and it will ask u for the code once u decide to make a purchase

• No she cannot use the Best Buy gift card for APC online game. The Best Buy gift cards are only used for purchases at Best Buy or on their online store

• You can use it at any Best Buy store or any Best Buy online store. The store are always helpful and using their gift card.

• hopefully you have saved your receipt as that is proof that you paid for the gift card and that it has been activated. There is a toll-free phone number on the back of all gift cards to call for customer service. Good luck

• If you haven't entered a code before,go to the home page scroll on top to the store page. go down to the enter code box click on that.Best way to enter the code is real slow double check before hitting enter .It doesn't matter if you capitalize the letters

• The back of the card has specific directions on how to redeem the card.

• The code to activate the card should be on the receipt.. the lower part of the receipt usually. Good luck.. I hope you still have the receipt.
