If you took the time to register the product online, using the included instruction booklet, you may be able to get a replacement from Mofy. There may be an issue with the battery itself and that is why it is not charging or discharging into a device. Basically, the circuitry has detected some sort of short and for safety reasons is not letting the device do what it is supposed to do.
