“Ordered in "Open Box - Excellent" condition. Recieved a well used phone in a smaller Zipper plastic, inside a generic packing box, a third party USB type C cable (white, used). No papers, No Original Box, No Sim card tool. Is this new Best Buy standard ?”

My phone was unlocked, but not "open box". Ordered from Best Buy website and delivered to the store. When I picked it up, it was in original box and had all expected paperwork, etc. I have had it in use on Walmart Family Mobil carrier since December with no problems
