“I don't know why it says it's a dual SIM card phone whenever I open up the Sim slot it only has one sim card location I can only have one sim card in here why does it say it's a dual SIM phone”

There is an eSIM as the second SIM card

Yes you're right that it won't hold a second actual sim card. The technology allows the phone to have what's called an E (electronic) sim. Not sure how this is done exactly. Talk to the Geek Squad people (or maybe your cellular carrier.

Hi Matt, Thank you for your inquiry. The Moto G Stylus 2025 phone does support Dual SIM, but it uses 1 nano SIM card plus an eSIM. That’s why you only see one physical SIM card slot—your second SIM would be the eSIM, which is digital and doesn’t require a physical slot.
