You will need to plug your headset directly into the 3.5mm headphone jack on the front I/O of the case (if you don't have that port on the front there should be a similar jack on the rear motherboard I/O). If you have a USB headset plug it into an available USB port. I have a USB powered headset that I can plug into either my DAC or into the case for my audio.

You'd just have to buy good speakers or buy good gaming headphone that's can also be used through one of your USB ports. Some computer towers have built in speakers on them. But everything will come from your tower.
