It does not notify you if there is movement. However, it does have GEO fencing so it knows if you or anyone else are near it.

However, it has a Motion Sense feature to perform Quick Gestures and Sleep Sensing. Motion Sense uses low-energy radar to detect movement like breathing and gestures. It is powered by Soli.
