Well, it depends... I see no reason it wouldn't work with any ethernet router. The speed should be fine. I run a large number of devices without problems. Mine covers me all the way out to our mailbox which is a fair distance so it should cover your entire home but it depends on what might be in between. Mine is the 2 pack but really I didn't need the second transmitter except for Google Assistant in each room. In fact, my Nest WiFi is so powerful it kicked the neighbors off Channel One and took over. When I use a meter to measure the strength it pegs the meter from almost anywhere on the property and I am talking an 8 apartment complex, the entire parking lot and out to the street. My only gripe is that it's plug and play. Just plug it in. There is nothing to configure. Probably a good point for anyone that wants it to be simple. But I am a tech guy and like to have control. But for the wife, she could set it up and she isn't tech savvy. It is really simple. Best place to put the transmitter is up as high as possible in the room. Mine resides on top of the bookshelf alongside the router. My second transmitter is mid way up the room on a shelf between the front and back of the house. I don't think you would be disappointed.
