• No. You can use VOIP. It has one Ethernet port so you could attach a unit like I have from OOMA. To this you can attach a phone.

• No it does not. This is a cable modem not DSL.

• This does not support phone service, only data. I purchased a different one NETGEAR - 16 x 4 DOCSIS 3.0 Cable Modem - Black which supports phone, not as fast though (you will not likely notice the difference)

• No, this modem only has connection for a cable internet connection. If you want a land-line, you'll need either a VOIP solution, or another modem.
