“Is this infrared cooling or just air fryer convection?”

• Bottom oven does air fying and the convection baking as well as air roasting, whole roasting, and dehydrating. Plus there is a special setting for pizza. Top ove broils, toasts, bakes, reheats, keeps warm and has a special bagel setting.
