“Why can this oven only be on cooking for 1 hr.max,then off for 2..most recipes call for longer than 1 hr.cooking time. Thanks”

• Bcuz you don’t have any idea what you’re doing. Try reading the instructions or yet . . . Using the time function up button to increase or decrease your times. IT NEVER SHUTS OFF FOR TWO HOURS EVER!
