It is so powerful that it comes very close to juicing! We did veggies, fruits, + kale, and the consistency was very close to juice. It was like pulpy orange juice, so you get the added benefits of the fibers, with no more losses on the vitamins that is filtered out from juicing/juicers!

I am sure you can make vegetable juice or any other type of fruit juice. The way this blender works is very different from conventional blenders. The multiple blades will give you a great result when using it.

You might, but 1500 Watt may be the right choice if they carry that or more powerful blender by Ninja.
