Best Buy doesn't make announcements about drops from what I've experienced, you are expected to wait until drops happen. From about 4 months ago until now the drops have been on Thursdays between 10am and 3pm. Drops may not always be on Thursdays and they are not at exact times, so I would recommend joining some sort of discord server for drop predictions and notifications.
