You can use your glasses while wearing the rift I personally use glasses so I know the feeling.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.The Oculus headset is pretty roomy and you can adjust the tightness on the side straps. After a while your glasses start to hurt your face. They also sell prescription lenses for the Oculus Rift, so that’s an option for long time game play.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Unfortunately, it does not do well with glasses with my own personal experience. I can't speak for everyone and all the different sizes of glasses but I have Ray Bans and I guess you could say they fit but the get smashed into my face. Also, my glasses get pushed up against the lenses on the headset so it worries me that I am scratching my glasses and the headset lenses. I am fortunate that my eyes aren't super terrible so I can play without them but I plan on getting contacts in the future.
