- Answer Any amp/recievers with either an optical input or standard L/R audio in. I can't imagine any modern recievers that wouldn't have either or both.

- Answer This ONKYO Unit is a CD (Compact Disc) carousel player. I allows you to load and play 6 CD's. It does not support DVD or Blu-ray disc's.

- Answer Yes it can, I will give you some advise. When recording if you record at a slower speed you pretty much can play the recorded CD on any cd player.

- Answer Put a CD in it and push "play". This is not a troubleshooting forum for your very old product - the dx-700 doesn't even have digital (coax or optical) outputs.
