- Answer Hello, we have purposely avoided 24/7 sports channels in order to keep monthly prices down. That being said there are plenty of sports options available. We carry TNT and TBS and with the included outdoor antenna you can local channels such as CBS, NBC, and ABC which carry the many of the most viewed sporting events. From pro and college football to pro baseball and basketball...there is a lot to choose from!

- Answer Unfortunately that dish will not work but the cabling and pole are probably fine. The Orby TV dish can use the same mounting and pole.

- Answer The USA network is not currently available /July 2019/. Keep checking www.orbytv.com . ORBY TV is a new company, they are in negotiations to add more channels.

- Answer It was more cost effective to carry the bouquet of channels that included CNN than it was for the Fox News option. A recent look at the news channels and I noticed another news network on ORBY that has a similar conservative audience.

QuestionYou offer free local tv with a antenna, what happens if you live in a area that doesn’t have local tv reception?

- Answer The outdoor antenna works well in suburbia but if you are way out in the country you might need a much larger antenna (which would still work with the Orby TV system). If that is not an option you might need to check online for the local broadcaster to see if they have an app or if it is a national feed (such as NBC) you can see if they have what you are looking for.

QuestionI understand that shows that come over the stalite dish requires a box. But the antenna that picks up the local broadcast stations would it require a receiver? (this would be for a 3rd TV that I would only want local broadcasts and not stat. channels on)

- Answer The 3rd television wouldn’t need an Orby box for the local channels as long as the 3 rd television has a built in HD over the air UHF VHF tuner. Make extra sure that your getting a very good signal, sometime you may need a antenna amplifier with over two televisions. Note that for a few years there was a trend of HD ‘*monitor• makers marketing their sets without a built in uhf vhf tuner. You may need a diplexer for the third room to separate the UHF VHF signal from the shared signal coaxial cable. Rooms with the Orby receiver don’t need a diplexer since they have one engineered into the box.

- Answer Yes, It will depend on your aptitude, equipment & tools. I’d recommend paying the extra $$ to have the installer ensure that your rooms are wired up & that they install the correct *Switch/splitter for the number of receivers. The switch they use is specific to ORBY. Those from other US pay-tv companies aren’t compatible.

- Answer Currently there is no pay per view. There are movie channel options of HBO, CINEMAX, STARZ and EPIX.

- Answer Currently the boxes do not share DVR information. If you ask your installer to Mirror your DVR box to another television he can most likely do it at an additional cost and there are different levels of mirroring possible. It all depends on what all they have on their work van and $$.

- Answer Yes it can be. Depending on what your budget is you could use a signal meter , the signal meter fed to your TV from the ORBY box or as high end as an automated setup (low $$$$).

QuestionI pay $170 monthly with Suddenlink. I have cable, internet and wireless . Does Orby do this too

- Answer No they do not at this time. I have to ask myself these questions. Is it better to have the ease of paying one bill via credit/bank autopay or have a couple of them set for each service. Is it better to have minutes of outage when a massive rain occurs with satellite, then use the dvr to watch recorded programs or live over the air local television. Or would I be willing to wait hours, days or possibly week plus to have an accidental construction damaged line repaired underground, a storm damaged overhead line repaired or worse a flooded switching station. Ultimately we decide what’s best for our own situation.

- Answer I can only speak for your local channels or diginets ex ( WXYZ 11.2 Vintage , 11.3 KidShows 11.4. Crime ). The broadcasters in my area seem to adjust a few stations sub channels due to ratings and changes in ownership.
