A:AnswerIt says on the box it is meant for use in the USA so I assume that the issue of charging is a real concern. Appears to me the plugs are all 120 volts so I can not say but would imagine that is a major issue. I suggest that you check for a 240 AC adapter that can be used with Panasonic phones and that might solve the issue. I don't know if they are sold separately I recall seeing 220 adapter for Panasonic phones but not 240 adapters. Panasonic is a international company so the 220/240 issue has to come up and I am sure they sell those adapters if they would work with their phones.

A:AnswerI have seen 220 adapters for Panasonic phones at various retail websites. Imagine that Panasonic also sells these adapters as long as they will work with their phones.
