Connect the supply unit to a wall socket. The charging time is 1 hour. After charging, remove the supply unit from the wall socket and unplug it from the shaver.

    • Answer You have to make sure the clip on the back is inserted, then gently close it you will hear it click in. Also hiding that this razor is not very sharp often have to go over my face several times to clear up everything using shaving cream because it is all wet dry does seem to help just an average electric razor. What is electric razors you get what you pay for pricewise

    • Answer I think if you're on a plane, you must have it in your carry on since it has a lithium ion battery, it shouldn't be in a checked in luggage. Generally, anything with a lithium ion battery should be in your carry on, if you can detach the battery, then you keep the battery in your carry on.

  • QuestionI have a year-old Norelco Series 3000 S3134. The spring loaded clip holding the head in place now pops off when I open the shaver to clean it. That's a design flaw, wearing out of a part that really ought to last. How can I replace those two parts?

    • Answer I had two Norelco 3500 series (almost the same exact model as the 3000 series), and had the same exact issue both times. The first one lasted a little over a year, the second one lasted nearly 2.5 years until the spring broke in the one-touch open button. I always buy the Best Buy two-year warranty on these razors as it’s paid for itself many times over. It’s frustrating that manufacturers have design flaws like this but I’ll always stick with Norelco razors because I’m used to them and they do provide a good shave.
