No. As it mainly needs Synapse 3, it's not Mac-compatible and there's no official support yet for Mac. Razer Kiyo's system requirement should be Windows® 7 64-bit (or higher). Furthermore, it might still work as a standard USB-webcam without the software for other basic features to work like for video chats with friends and or for business calls.
