Probably, but I would suggest looking for marine Ethernet cables.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.POE will most likely be a reliable connection. you can always dab a bit of silicone around the poe plug to seal it up. the rest of the camera should be fine, I'd just worry about the connection.
