“So we just got a 4K Vizio TV hooked up to a Tivo Roamio non 4K and a Non 4K Blue Ray. We are getting the 4K Roku Ultra and will need a 4K cable from that to the TV should we also use 4K from the TV to the Tivo and Blue Ray even though they are not 4K?”

You could find the quality is less using lower quality cables on a 4K device. Best Buy has a great return policy so you can bring them back (within their allowed time frame to return) if they do not work.
