I’m sure it would work as that tv is within the size range the mount claims to be for. Also there is a packet of assorted bolt sizes and lengths (all metric) that comes in the box to be used for varying types of tv backs. The brackets are adjustable and they give you spacer washers to use for leveling the brackets on non flat tv backs.

The mount should work with any TVs that are within the 40-75 range

Toshiba is a name brand. I got 2 vizio flat screen TVs one being a 50 inch and it works for it great. I’m pretty sure it will work for Toshiba as well.
