• Before mounting the TV, you can choose the height you want. After mounting, you can only move it front to back and side to side.

• No up and down. It does pull out for a wide range of viewing in different parts of a room and a slight tilt downward. I can turn it for viewing in the kitchen, straightforward for the couch, and the opposite direction for the patio. It's very sturdy and flexible.
