The right to left is about a foot. There is no up or down, but it does tilt at an angle. Probably nought that you could have it on the floor or up at 12' level and have a good viewing angle. Aside from moving left and right, it also angles quite a bit...probably 10-degrees left and right with a 70" screen...so that's pretty impressive.
