“Just hung this microwave and it's not working. When I try to heat or cook something the screen blinks Door repeatedly. Also, as soon as I open the door the light comes on and stays on with the door shut as well as a motor sound starts and doesn't turn off”

So sorry you're having such trouble! I bought this microwave for my parents and it's been working great for them. If I were you I'd take it back to the store and either ask for a refund or ask them to replace it with a new model. Pam

Make sure unit is level and not twisted in any way.
