Hi Coach. Thank you for reaching out regarding your Samsung - 17.5 Cu. Ft. French Door Counter-Depth Refrigerator on where the feeler arm and ice maker are producing a lot of ice. On behalf of Samsung, we apologize for the inconvenience this has caused you. Please know that this is not the experience we want you to have. Regarding your concern, the feeler arm is located on the left side of the ice maker. As it is making too much ice, I will be providing you with a troubleshooting guide.
