“Regarding the water pitcher: I read that it holds 48oz. If you use only some of the water does it continue to refill until it reaches 48oz again, or do you have to completely empty the pitcher before it will refill? Hopefully it will not overflow. Thx”

• The water pitcher will refill each time you use it. It will refill what has been taken out.
