A:Answer Hi Triples, we have purchased two of these (knocking wood) both are as good as it gets in this model range, one 32" in late October (along with a QLED 65" Q7F) and another 32" in early November.
While unboxing did you by any chance grab ANY PART of the screen portion of the TV? Also, have you removed the near invisible taped around the border of the TV, sometimes it's on the outer edge, seen others with front and edge tape, and still yet (usually larger TV's) clear film covering the entire screen. I did purchase the 2-year Geek Squad Warranty for $40.00 on each TV. Samsung "may" warrant the TV for 1 Year, although this TV is no longer on Samsungs Site, contacting them may prompt Best Buy to replace it if less than a year old.
I also noticed the question is 5 days old and arrived in my mail box at 2:30 am this morning.
