• Apple TV+ is a pay service much like Hulu, Netflix, YouTube TV, etc. The only products that include that are Apple products. If you are talking the app itself, you have to use an Apple TV to get it, but it is pay to use, like I said. Unless you buy a new Apple device, then you get a free year.

• According to Apple itself, Samsung TVs, including all QLED models going back to 2018, support Apple TV; tv+ is an option under Apple TV.
