QuestionDoes this TV have capability of being mounted on a wall or a universal stand? Versus using the stand it comes with? I have a stand that's not wide enough. Want to make sure it has capability on being mounted on a universal bracket.

- Answer Hi James, You can wall mount the 75" TU690T with any wall mount that has a VESA Standard of 400mm x 400mm. Screws and adapters are not included with your TV, but they should come with your wall mount. ~Samsung Advisor

QuestionWhy is it that my soudnbar was working perfectlt fine but the it keeps switching between D.IN and TV ARC cutting the sound in and out? I tried reseting the tv and sounbar and have the same issue. I used the soundbar on a different tv and it works fine

- Answer Hi Xxak47boomxX, I apologize for the inconvenience you have had with the inconsistent sound volume. Please try adjusting the following Settings to improve your experience. The Auto Volume function automatically adjusts the sound to a certain level when changing channels or switching to another external input. Go to Settings > All Settings> Sound > Expert Settings > Auto Volume = On. You may also want to perform a Sound Test under Support > Self Diagnosis > Start Sound Test.
