Can I use this in a Sony a5100 ? null

I assume your talking about the Sony Alpha A5100 Digital Camera ... So my answer is based on that assumption, if I'm mistaken I apologize. The Sony A5100 Digital Camera can handle a very large segment of SD card types (micro SDHC, micro SDXC with a max capacity of 128GB) While Sony lists Kingston as it's main preferred memory vendor I can safely state that the Samsung SD cards will work just as well with no issue at all.
