• If your cable fits (whether it's USB Micro or USB Type C, etc) you'd be able to charge, but I imagine your notebook's battery is much larger than the total wattage. It be good for a small charge, like MAYBE 10%, but you're better off getting a bigger battery or portable wall outlet charger.
