• A:Answer It does not have ECG so no, but it does warn you if your Heart Rate is too low or to fast, and you can also change the rate so it tells you how you prefer it, by default is less tan 60 or more than 120 when resting

Q: QuestionAlso in case anyone else is wondering - when it comes to how tight the ring should be: they said you'll want it to slide on your finger somewhat easily but have some resistance coming off so it's not too loose for accurate readings.

• A:Answer Your hands and fingers change in size with the season. I tried size 12 but too tight. The 13 was the biggest and fit perfectly. You want it the same as any other ring. Not cutting circulation but also not being able to shake off your hand.
