Yes, you can use it in Mexico but is there is not 5G there is going to work with 4G LTE, 3G or 2G all depends on what Data bands are available there.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, it is an excellent 4G LTE phone.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.5G is a future standard which has certain speed and technology requirements which NO carrier in the U.S. (or Mexico, for that matter) meets. There is no infrastructure for it yet. There is no 5G network in the United States. There are phones which can in theory support 5G (have chips which can work in that frequency range), but claims from carriers that they offer 5G are all bogus. All their offerings are all slightly boosted up versions of 4G misleadingly marked as 5G, usually with some word or symbol after that to avoid liability for making misleading claims. You can research the standards in your free time, you will find the industry has not been able to meet even 4G standard requirements as of yet (as these standards are written). Instead came up with many creative and misleading names like 4G LTE, etc. which indicate small steps towards 4G. 5G, in reality, is not even on the horizon.
