Don't test your luck the phone is designed to last long does it mean put it to the test.... But I will say this though out of experience with my s21 which is not now got the s22 Plus if you do damage the screen and it's not through geek squad or authorized certified repair person it's going to come with a whole bunch of headaches to get it fixed you will get the screen fixed but then one of your components will stop working such as your radio band or your camera or your speaker because the technician will miss all the super sensitive parts that will be disconnected.... I recommend just paying a good warranty over the phone get a OtterBox and just take care of your phone and treat your phone like it's a $1,200 phone literally and you'll be fine
