• This tablet does not work as a cellular phone. You can however conduct calls with apps such as Skype or Viber.

• No it works as a tablet with internet connection outside of wifi if you pay for that service. Otherwise it's wifi capable and any call/video chats will be on the speaker unless a headset is attached
