• vudu works but they don't offer any 4k material on this device for some lame reason.

• Vudu works for me. Tried yesterday. No 4k support yet on 4k bluray player.

• You can always use the flixster app. Since all of the movies are Ultra Violet, they'll show up on either app.

• Yes, it should be fixed by now, it works on my player, check if you have done an upgrade on this player or try to, it will work.

• As the K-8500 was release two weeks early, most likely Vudu was not ready and has blocked access to their service. The error is a hardware ID error, as you can login but the hardware is not authorized yet.
