• Yes there is a "Shuffle" option.

• SHUFFLE play is available. However, when engaged, it will use BOTH your music folder AND your playlist(s) as source files.

• Yes, it does have a shuffle setting Shuffle This option plays songs in random order. 1. Select Shuffle. 2. Press the Select button to toggle between Shuffle On and Shuffle Off (to play songs in random order, set Shuffle to ON).
