Not this particular device but a previous MP3 player I really had to "jiggle" the connections before the computer recognized the device. I'm using a desktop Mac so I'm not sure about Dell and Windows10
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Is the MP3 player fully charged? I’d start there. Then have you tried a different cable to connect the player to the pc? I’d try that. Otherwise exchange it.
