Not sure on which player or Ripper you are using, but some players require files to be named a specific way AND be located in a particular directory. You’ll have to check your documentation for the particulars. You may have also ripped the files to a format unsupported by your player.

If your play can not see the save format you will need to convert the format. There are many converters available online.
