It will not improve the quality of your videos as that is a camera setting you have to set on the camera itself. However what this card can do is possibly improve the write speed of the file saving from the camera to the card when you are done filming. As well, with the increased storage space on the card, you can go into your camera setting and increase the filming quality of the video you are shooting and shoot longer videos. So I suppose in a roundabout way, this card can improve the quality of your videos, however that's only if you are planning on filming long videos in one continuous shot.
