does this mount rotate 360 degrees? null

Do the Math. If it's mounted to a wall, the most it can move is 180 degrees. If it has an arm of 15.5" then x2 equals 31", which means it will swivel 180 degrees if you mount a TV that is less than 31" wide. A 32" flat panel TV is from 31" to 32" depending on brand. MY LG 32" swivels 180 degrees, and I have the mount installed which only has a 13" arm, but I built it out at the wall 3". These mounts are GREAT.

The Virtual Axis 3D which comes with the MF215 allows it to rotate a TV or monitor 360 degrees.
