• Absolutely. Vertical or horizontal configuration are instantly switchable. The mount is strong and secure. The TV easily rotates and tilts. The are some knobs that you can twist to adjust the amount of tension in the tilt or rotation. Tighten them just enough and the TV will stay in exactly whatever position you choose.

• no it can't. It can be adjusted slightly so that you can look at it level to horizontal compared to how it mounted. You can maybe mount it 90 degrees so it is vertical.
